Hey there are TONS of kids in foster care who'd love to have a safe home temporarily or a permanent adoptive home. Most states do provide reimbursement for foster/adoptive parents.

It has restored my faith in humanity to see that every comment on this page is unsupportive of this "change" and IS concerned about the impact it may have on children's body image. What is wrong with the fashion industry that they are incapable of designing for a variety of body types?

This feels like an attempt to turn it into a "Can she do it all?" story. Get over it people. Women have babies and jobs. I'm sure she can afford a nanny if needed.

Ok my question is if they need to live in a nursing home (not assisted living) and cannot clean up after themselves then how are they even able to have sex? I mean is it physically possible to not be able to wipe your own behind but be able to perform intercourse?

I tend to agree. I think the part most folks are missing out nor not reading is the soaring costs of health care/insurance due to the high rate of obesity. Maybe if their obesity only affected the obese it wouldn't be a government issue, but it's money out of our pockets too.
